General Terms & Conditions of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the software platforms, APIs, applications, and technology services provided by Global Server Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 200812948K).
Global Server Technologies Pte. Ltd. ('GS Technologies') is an enterprise financial technology software developer. Our systems provide transactional routing, API connectivity, and multi-currency ledger management software. Banking and custodian clearing services are provided in collaboration with fully licensed and regulated partner financial institutions.
Access to our enterprise platforms requires successful completion of our Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Business (KYB), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes. Users agree to provide accurate, verified corporate documentation upon request.
We implement industry-standard high-availability cloud architecture (99.99% target uptime). Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their cryptographic credentials, multi-factor authentication tokens, and API keys.
All software, proprietary routing algorithms, API specifications, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Global Server Technologies Pte. Ltd. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
